About Safanto

“This has to change — and it can.”

A building should do what it is meant to do: protect people, function safely, keep up with the times. Too often, the opposite happens. Obligations disappear into folders and spreadsheets. Overdue maintenance only gets noticed after an incident. Compliance adds up on paper, but nobody can show at the right moment that it is actually true.

This has to change, and it can. Safanto exists to help property owners and managers not only get in control, but also prove it — not once a year, but continuously.

Our mission

Demonstrably in control — continuously, not once a year

Too often, compliance only adds up on paper. Safanto makes sure you can also show it at any moment.

Safanto exists to help property owners and managers not only get in control, but also prove it — not once a year, but continuously.

What we do

Software, advisory and AI — brought together in one stack

Safanto brings together three things that most providers keep separate.

Software

One stack that connects the compliance map, condition assessment, maintenance and assets — instead of separate tools tied together.

Advisory

People who translate the standard into a working process, from day one — no implementation that takes years.

Custom AI

Smart AI for your property data, on-premises if you prefer, so sensitive building and tenant data stays in-house.

That way, “in control” is not a feeling but a figure you can show.

Our values

Smart · Simple · Dynamic · Connected

Smart

We know the standards inside out — and use that knowledge to move you forward, not to show off.

Simple

Clear language, short lines of communication, no wall of jargon. Well maintained becomes a number, not an opinion.

Dynamic

We don't stand still, and neither does our software. Alerts, cycles and dashboards keep running — and keep themselves up to date.

Connected

Data, people and parties in line: owner, property manager and contractor work from the same picture.

Our method

A cycle that keeps itself up to date

Our approach follows a fixed cycle: measure, plan, execute, prove — and round again.

Condition assessment under NEN 2767 (the Dutch condition-assessment standard) and rgdBOEI (the integrated inspection method the Dutch central government uses for its own real estate) delivers an objective figure, not an opinion. ISO 55000 ensures that every investment can be traced back to risk and value. That way the cycle keeps running on its own and keeps itself up to date — for us, compliance is not an annual source of stress, but a cycle that keeps itself up to date.

Who we work for

Everyone around the building, one source of truth

Owners

“My liability is demonstrably covered.”

You can see for each building that you comply, and you have the evidence ready for the insurer and the regulator.

Property managers

“I'm in control — without chasing after my data.”

One up-to-date file, automatic alerts and a long-term maintenance plan that adds up. No more Excel.

Contractors

“I know exactly what needs doing — and my work counts as evidence straight away.”

Work orders and completed work flow back to the compliance map automatically.

Management board

“I steer on well-founded figures and sleep soundly.”

Real-time dashboards translate the entire portfolio into risk, costs and compliance percentage.
