2. What data we process

When you request a demo, a quote or a conversation, we process the data you provide yourself:

• name and organisation;
• email address and (optionally) phone number;
• your role, sector and information about your property portfolio;
• the content of your message.

We also process limited technical data through functional cookies and (with your consent) analytical cookies — see our cookie policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use this data to respond to your request and to discuss our services with you (legal basis: legitimate interest and/or the performance of a contract). We only send news and updates with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do use processors (for example for hosting and email), with whom we conclude data processing agreements.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to the processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@safanto.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful processing.
