A housing association
- Situation
- Obligations and condition data were scattered across Excel files and separate folders, tracked differently for each complex. Nobody had an at-a-glance view of what still needed to be done, and where.
- Approach
- Safanto One replaced the separate files with one digital building file, with a NEN 2767 condition assessment (the Dutch condition-assessment standard) as the objective basis for each building component. The rollout started on part of the portfolio and expanded from there.
- Result
- One up-to-date overview per complex, instead of files that fell out of date as soon as someone edited them. The board and regulator see the status directly, without a separate reporting exercise.
