Compliance & asset core
Safanto One — a grip on obligations and compliance
Safanto One connects all your property data in one platform, flags on its own what is legally required and when — and has the evidence ready for your board, insurer and regulator.
No more Excel, no more scattered folders. One up-to-date picture, per building and per object.
Screen views are illustrative. The dashboard is being renewed — the functionality described below is current.
The problem
“In control” is a feeling today, not a number
Inspection data in Excel, reports in scattered folders, contracts with the property manager — and the overview with no one.
What's legally required, what's already been done and what's been left undone — you only find out when something goes wrong. That exposes you to liability, fines and reputational damage as soon as a regulator or insurer asks for evidence. Safanto One turns it into a single source of truth.
For every role
One version of the truth for everyone around the building
Owners
“My liability is demonstrably covered.”
You can see for each building that you comply — and you have the evidence ready for your insurer and the regulator.
Property managers
“I'm in control — without chasing my data.”
One up-to-date file, automatic alerts and a long-term maintenance plan (MJOP) that adds up. No more Excel.
Contractors
“I know exactly what needs doing — and my work counts as evidence straight away.”
Work orders and completed work flow back to the compliance map automatically.
Management board
“I steer on solid figures and sleep soundly.”
Real-time dashboards translate the entire portfolio into risk, cost and compliance percentage.
The building file
One digital building file as the source
Safanto One starts at the source: one digital building file, structured from complex to object to asset (using NL-SfB, the Dutch classification for building elements). Everyone — owner, property manager, contractor — works with the same, up-to-date facts. No versions drifting apart, no data living somewhere else.
That same building file feeds two other views of your portfolio — different perspectives, the same asset data, no duplicate entry.

Obligations register
Every inspection, frequency and deadline — monitored automatically
Every building has statutory obligations: inspections, frequencies, re-inspection deadlines.
Safanto One tracks them all, per object and per obligation, and automatically alerts you when a deadline is approaching or has passed. You no longer have to remember what's due when — the system does that for you. Nothing falls through the cracks any more.
Compliance map & real-time dashboard
The heart of Safanto One — a living overview
For each object and each rental unit, you see the compliance percentage, what still needs to be done and what the risk is if it's left undone — in real time, not once a year.
Safety
Risks are visible before they turn into incidents.
Cost savings
You focus on what really needs doing, not on what you might forget.
Positive reputation
You can prove you have things in order, to whoever asks.
For the management board, the same dashboard translates the entire portfolio into well-founded investment decisions and peace of mind at board level — in line with ISO 55000, the standard for value-driven asset management.
The underlying condition assessment follows NEN 2767 (the Dutch condition-assessment standard: an objective 1–6 condition score — a number, not an opinion) and rgdBOEI (the integrated inspection method the Dutch central government applies to its own real estate). Read about our methodology →

Contract management & performance
Intelligent contract management, linked to the compliance map
Intelligent contract management links contracts, performance agreements and completed work to the compliance map, so you always know whether a contractor is delivering what was agreed. Maintenance and results flow back into the same file automatically — no separate admin on the side.
For the long-term maintenance plan and budget (MJOP/MJOB), Safanto One works together with Ordo: Safanto One shows the status and the obligations, Ordo creates and maintains the plan.

Contractors see at once what needs doing
Contractors log in through their own portal and immediately see which work orders are open and what is legally expected of them.
Completed work is recorded and flows back to the compliance map automatically — as evidence, not as an extra form. Work orders in the field start via QR code.View QR Workstart →

Frequently asked questions
All about Safanto One
- What exactly is Safanto One?
- Safanto One is the platform that brings together your digital building file, obligations register, compliance map and contract management. For each building and each object, you see what is legally required and what the status is — with the evidence right at hand.
- What is the compliance map?
- A living overview that shows, for each object and each rental unit, what percentage is compliant, what still needs to be done and what risk arises if it's left undone. The map is updated continuously, not compiled once a year.
- Does Safanto One also handle my long-term maintenance plan (MJOP/MJOB)?
- No. Safanto One shows the status and the obligations that follow from the maintenance plan; the long-term maintenance plan itself is created and maintained in Ordo. The two systems are linked. More about Ordo →
- How much does Safanto One cost?
- Safanto One starts from €3.95 per object per month. For larger portfolios or additional modules, we put together a tailored offer — request a demo to discuss what suits your situation.
- How quickly can we get started?
- You start with one complex, prove the value and roll out across the rest of the portfolio at your own pace. No months-long implementation project before you see anything.
- Is my data secure?
- If you prefer, Safanto One can work with on-premises or local AI, so sensitive building and tenant data stays within your own environment.
- Which standards is Safanto One based on?
- On ISO 55000 for value-driven asset management, NEN 2767 (the Dutch condition-assessment standard) for objective condition assessment and rgdBOEI for integrated inspection — the same methodology the Dutch central government applies to its own real estate. More about the methodology →
