Document analysis
Inspection reports, maintenance contracts, quotes and inspection records arrive in every kind of format — as a PDF, a scan or a photo. AI document analysis reads them: it identifies the document type, extracts data and obligations (who, what, which deadline) and places them straight into the obligations register. What used to be manual retyping becomes a few seconds of reading and checking.
LLM integration on your building data
A language model is only useful if it knows your situation. That is why we connect an LLM to your own building file: ask a question about a complex, an obligation or a condition score, and get an answer based on your data — with a source, not a guess. Smart classification makes incoming documents land in the right place automatically.
Maintenance prediction & risk detection
Based on condition scores, inspection history and — where available — live sensor data, the AI flags risks before they turn into a failure or incident, and helps you plan maintenance around what is actually coming. For installations with continuous monitoring, such as lifts (via Elseco) and roof safety (via Vlindar), live data feeds the same risk detection: the more up to date the input, the sharper the prediction.

Sensitive building and tenant data should not simply sit with an external party.
That is why we also offer our AI locally or on-premises: the same document analysis, the same LLM integration and the same risk detection, but entirely within your own environment. You choose what suits your organisation — cloud, on-premises or local — and we build the application on that basis.

Processing always takes place within the framework of the GDPR. With on-premises or local deployment, data also stays within your own environment.
